Jayson Deleskie is a real estate professional, entrepreneur, and systems-builder based on Vancouver Island. With a career spanning residential and commercial real estate, construction coordination, and asset maintenance, Jayson has spent years working at the intersection of property ownership, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Through firsthand experience with inspections, insurance requirements, and ongoing property upkeep, Jayson identified a critical gap in the market: homeowners and investors were being asked to meet increasing maintenance and documentation standards, but there was no simple, reliable system to keep them compliant year after year. LadderGuys was created to solve that problem.
As Co-Founder, Jayson focuses on building scalable maintenance frameworks that protect property value, reduce liability, and make ownership easier for clients. His approach emphasizes preventative care, clear documentation, and consistent service—turning routine maintenance into a structured protection plan rather than a reactive expense.
