Our program aims to provide comprehensive data on each parties beneficial positive effects received annually when our preventive maintenance programs applied to their assets under management.

This zero oversight relying on homeowners for everything system is completely broken essentially exposing all parties to easily preventable financial losses. The following is how to fix the remove the preventable risks all parties have endured under its lifespan, like (forclosures destroying homeowners credit/ massive financial losses for the lenders and then insurance providers assume potential restoration claims or mortgage insurance loss payouts)
All of the above losses are direct results of not maintaing an assets operational systems which when they are completed on time by a company that only hires skilled professionals with a vested interest in the assets financial performance, its ensured protection by providing both its maintenance obligations and verification of insurance policy compliance.
For Insurance Policy Compliance an automatically enrolled annual asset maintenance program that will be a requirement for all new mortgagees to fund their respective annual maintenance plan monthly via a financed pre authorized payment plan for qualified mortgage and insurance holders, otherwise the annual maintenance plan would be payable upfront in the event of a client missing previously agreed monthly payment terms the same as how insurance policies are provided.
